Before returning an item, Please call us at 419-699-1246 or send an email through the contact us page at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the merchandise. Once your return is received, you can expect your refund within 7 business days.
Item(s) need to be returned in their original condition, in the original wrapper with all tags included. Item(s) can not be washed or used.
We cannot issue refunds for purchases on gift cards but will be happy to do an exchange
Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charge is not eligible for a refund. If the original order included a free shipping promotion, the outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. .
If you should receive a defective item, please contact us. We will send a prepaid postage label to return the item. You will be issued a full refund upon receipt of the item
